Hiring: Tendering Manager / Tendering Specialist

Cubix Engineering Solutions is a leading engineering services company specializing in Operation & Maintenance, Shutdowns, Overhauling, and EPC support for Thermal Power Plants across India. We are looking for an experienced Tendering Manager / Tendering Specialist to strengthen our business development and bid management team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end tendering and bidding activities.
- Review RFQs/RFPs and analyze technical & commercial requirements.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, cost estimates, and bid documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and operations teams for pricing and technical inputs.
- Ensure timely, compliant, and competitive bid submissions through various tender portals.




- Maintain tender records and support post-bid clarifications and negotiations.

Requirements:

- 3-8 years of experience in tendering/bid management, preferably in engineering, EPC, or power plant services.
- Solid understanding of government and private sector tendering processes.
- Excellent analytical, proposal writing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and e-tendering portals.
- Engineering or Business graduate preferred.

Candidates with experience in Power Plants, O&M;, Shutdown/Overhauling, EPC, Industrial Maintenance, or Heavy Engineering will be given preference.
