Designation : Tender Specialist / Engineer

Experience: Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical/ Electrical + At least 2 years of experience

Industry: Sugar Industry / Engineering Consulting

Responsibilities

- Handle confidential documents and ensure proper record-keeping.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Liaise with internal teams for smooth operations.
- Assist in project coordination and follow-ups with different departments.
- Conduct research and prepare briefing materials for meetings.
- Preparation of Technical Bid / Technical Datasheet of the engineering product by referring the internet data / manufacturer’s data etc.

Requirements:
- Experience: BE in Mechanical + At least 2 years of experienc
- eIndustry: Sugar Industry / Engineering Consultin
- gStrong organizational and multitasking skills
- .Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- .Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- .Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

. Office Timing: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM Versatile, (Second and Fourth Saturday Off)
