Designation : Tender Specialist / Engineer

Experience: BE / B. Tech in Mechanical + At least 2 years of experience

Industry: Sugar Industry / Engineering Consulting

Responsibilities:

- Handle confidential documents and ensure proper record-keeping.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Liaise with internal teams for smooth operations.
- Assist in project coordination and follow-ups with different departments.
- Conduct research and prepare briefing materials for meetings.
- Preparation of Technical Bid / Technical Datasheet of the engineering product by referring the internet data / manufacturer’s data etc.

Requirements:

- Experience: BE in Mechanical + At least 2 years of experience
- Industry: Sugar Industry / Engineering Consulting
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Adaptable, (Second and Fourth Saturday Off)

Office Location: Lower Parel
