Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to contact potential customers, explain our Digital HealthCard services, JIDHC Pharmaceutical Product Explain For Doctor, Medical Store, generate leads, schedule appointments, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Explain the features and benefits of JIDHC Digital HealthCard services.
- Answer customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule appointments and follow-up calls.
- Maintain records of customer interactions in the company database.
- Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Report customer feedback and market information to management.





Required Qualifications

- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM software is an advantage.
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Hindi communication skills; English knowledge is an advantage.
- Persuasive and confident speaking ability.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Strong listening skills.
- Time management and target-oriented approach.
