- Handle incoming patient enquiries from Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp, website forms, and phone calls.

- Understand patient requirements and guide them to the appropriate doctor or specialty.

- Schedule appointments and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize patient conversions.

- Coordinate with hospital front desk, doctors, and internal teams to ensure seamless appointment management.

- Maintain and update lead records, follow-ups, and appointment status in the CRM.

- Achieve monthly lead-to-appointment conversion targets while providing excellent patient support.

- Generate daily and weekly reports on lead status, appointments booked, conversions, and pending follow-ups.

- Work closely with in house digital marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in healthcare, hospital, clinic, or medical lead management.
