We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join our team. The role involves handling customer enquiries, making outbound calls, following up with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

Follow up with leads and prospective customers.

Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.

Maintain regular communication with prospects.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Update lead details, call records, and follow-up status.

Coordinate with the sales team to support lead conversion.

Achieve assigned sales and follow-up objectives.

Requirements

Any Bachelor’s Degree.

Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident and professional telephone communication.





Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.

Previous telesales or sales experience will be an advantage.

Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
