Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, introducing our products and services, generating qualified leads, scheduling appointments for the sales team, and maintaining robust customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Explain company products and services professionally.
- Generate quality leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel.




- Meet daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Handle customer queries and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Prepare daily call reports and update management.

Requirements
- Graduate or Intermediate (Any Degree preferred).
- 0–1 to 2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or call center operations.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Telugu and basic English (Telugu is an added advantage).
- Good interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills
- Cold calling experience.
- Lead generation and appointment booking.
- Customer relationship management.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skill

- Monday to Saturday
- 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Pay: From ₹8,869.20 per month
