Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to contact potential customers, explain company products/services, generate leads, and maintain customer relationships. The candidate should possess good communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain products and services clearly to customers.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements
- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Positive communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
