Telecaller (IVF Hospital)

- Department: Patient Support / Telecalling
- Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply)

- Location: Tirupati

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Respond to patient inquiries regarding IVF and fertility services.
- Schedule appointments for consultations and follow-up visits.
- Follow up with new and existing patients regarding treatments and appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and patient details in the hospital system.
- Coordinate with doctors and the patient care team for appointment scheduling.
- Provide clear and courteous information about hospital services.
- Achieve daily call and follow-up targets.
- Resolve patient concerns or escalate them to the concerned department when required.




- Ensure patient confidentiality and maintain professional communication at all times.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication skills in Telugu (English/Hindi is an added advantage).
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Hospital Management Software).
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience) Work Location: On-site – Tirupati
