About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Telecalling Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with prospective customers, and converting inquiries into plot sales through effective communication and relationship-building skills. If you have prior experience in real estate telecalling, excellent persuasion skills, and a passion for sales, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities Contact prospective customers through outbound calls and follow up on existing leads. Explain project details, plot locations, pricing, offers, and investment benefits. Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments with the sales team.

Build and maintain solid relationships with potential buyers. Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information. Maintain daily call records and update customer information in the CRM system.

Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets. Follow up regularly with interested customers until closure.





Requirements Minimum 0–5 years of telecalling experience , preferably in real estate plot sales . Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to convince and convert leads into customers. Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Excel, and basic computer applications. Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated personality. Fluency in Tamil and basic English language(s) is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in selling residential plots, land investments, or real estate projects. Knowledge of the local real estate market. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
