Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our growing travel team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and an interest in the travel and tourism industry.

As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, understanding travel requirements, and coordinating with the sales and operations teams to convert enquiries into successful bookings. Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound enquiries from customers interested in domestic and international tour packages.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.
- Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email to improve lead conversion.
- Coordinate with the sales, operations, ticketing and visa teams to provide accurate quotations and travel information.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, enquiries, and follow-up activities.
- Update customer details and lead status in the company's CRM or tracking system.
- Stay updated with new tour packages, destinations, offers, visa requirements, and travel-related products through regular product training.





Required QualificationsEducation

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Travel & Tourism industry is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a solid interest in travel are also encouraged to apply.

Skills & Competencies

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong telecalling and customer handling abilities.
- Good interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, email, and internet applications.
- Quick learner with a willingness to understand new travel products and destinations.
- Professional attitude, positive mindset, and strong customer service orientation.
