Nalwar Marketing Services is a growing financial services and loan consulting company specializing in Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and other banking-related financial products. We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Telecalling Executives to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain our loan products and services.
Follow up with leads generated through advertisements, social media, websites, and other marketing campaigns.
Understand customer requirements and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and lead status in the CRM or Excel sheet.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Eligibility
Any degree / diploma / 12th pass can apply.
Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling, customer service, banking, or sales experience is an added advantage.
Good communication skills in Tamil are mandatory; basic English communication is preferred.
Confident speaking skills and convincing ability.
Basic computer knowledge.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
