Job Title: Telecaller (1 Position)

Experience: 1–2 years (Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply)

Salary: ₹2.2 LPA – ₹4.0 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Qualification: Graduate/PUC with good communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Generate quality leads for the sales team.

Fix appointments for Relationship Managers.

Explain the company's insurance products and services.

Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.

Follow up with prospective customers on a regular basis.

Maintain daily call reports and lead status.

Update customer details and interactions

Coordinate with the sales team for appointment scheduling and follow-ups.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.





Build and maintain a positive relationship with potential customers.

Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.

Required Skills

Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence in speaking over the phone.

Basic knowledge of MS Office .

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Good organizational and follow-up skills.

Knowledge of English and Kannada (Hindi/Telugu is an added advantage)
