Summary
UST is seeking an accomplished Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager with 18–20+ years of IT experience and extensive expertise in the Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will lead large-scale Agile transformation initiatives, manage enterprise healthcare technology programs, and drive successful project delivery across cross-functional, distributed teams. This role requires deep expertise in Agile methodologies, program governance, stakeholder management, healthcare business processes, regulatory compliance, and strategic project execution.
The Opportunity
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Agile & Scrum Leadership
Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups,
Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming.
Coach Scrum Teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Secure, and Lean Agile best practices.
Drive Agile transformation initiatives and improve Agile maturity across teams.
Remove impediments and foster high-performing, self-organized teams.
Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives, metrics, and process optimization.
Project & Program Management
Manage the complete project lifecycle from project initiation through deployment and production support.
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation plans, and delivery roadmaps.
Monitor project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
Manage enterprise healthcare programs with multiple concurrent workstreams.
