Overview

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our People Team and partner closely with the Branch Leadership Team to enable business success through impactful people strategies. As a trusted advisor to the business, this role will drive the talent agenda across the branch by strengthening talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, capability building, and succession planning.

Beyond strategic partnering, the role will be responsible for delivering a seamless employee experience by overseeing the end-to-end employee lifecycle while ensuring excellence in HR operations, statutory compliance, workplace administration, facilities, security, canteen services, and third-party workforce management. The ideal candidate will combine robust business acumen with operational excellence to build a high-performing, engaged, and compliant organization that supports the branch's growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Business Partnering
Partner with the Branch Head and business leaders to align HR initiatives with business priorities.




Provide HR support to drive overall branch performance and organizational effectiveness.
Partner with Corporate HR on talent management initiatives for first-line managers, frontline employees, and third-party workforce.
Benchmark HR best practices and facilitate communication of business and people initiatives across the branch.
Act as a member of the Branch Leadership Team, contributing to business reviews and strategic planning discussions.
Participate in national HR effectiveness initiatives and lead key HR projects at the branch level.

2. Talent Acquisition
Drive end-to-end recruitment for the branch while ensuring quality, cost, and timeline adherence.
Ensure an optimal Build vs. Buy talent strategy while promoting employee referrals.
Review and approve branch recruitment plans in line with approved manpower budgets.
Oversee hiring for Sales Managers and frontline sales teams.
