Product Manager || Siemens Smart Infrastructure

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead our SINOVA Contactors, Overload Relays, and Motor Protection Circuit Breaker (MPCB) portfolio within the Electrical Products Business Unit.
This HQ role for the India, ASEAN & Africa (IAA) region offers the opportunity to shape product strategy, drive business growth, and work closely with global teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
Own the business performance, sales, profitability, and growth of the product portfolio.
Define and execute product roadmaps and lifecycle management strategies.
Lead new product introductions, product positioning, pricing, and competitive benchmarking.
Identify market opportunities, product gaps, and customer needs to drive portfolio expansion.
Collaborate with R&D;, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics,
and Quality teams to successfully develop and launch products.
Develop business plans, sales enablement tools, and marketing collateral to support market growth.
Deliver product training and support to Sales and Service teams.
Maintain product data in SAP and coordinate with factories on production planning and product ramp-ups.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in Product Management and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
Strong knowledge of Low Voltage Electrical Products, preferably Contactors, Overload Relays, and MPCBs.
Experience in product launches, pricing, business planning, and market analysis.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication and analytical abilities.
