Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, in office role based at the Medcity International Academy campus in Kochi.



This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with students, parents, institutional partners, and other stakeholders to support enrollment, retention, and successful course completion. The Relationship Manager will handle inquiries, conduct consultations, guide prospective learners through course options, and coordinate admissions and onboarding activities. Daily responsibilities include managing follow-ups, maintaining accurate records in CRM or similar systems, facilitating feedback collection, and collaborating with academic and administrative teams to improve learner experience. The role also includes representing the Academy at events, supporting outreach initiatives, and ensuring consistent communication that aligns with MIA’s mission and service standards.
