Role Purpose

The Alliance Operations Analyst is the hands-on execution engine behind Kanerika's partner operations. This role does the daily work inside Microsoft Partner Center and the other partner portals — registrations, co-sell submissions, funding claims, and specialization evidence — with the accuracy and follow-through that turns eligible partner activity into captured funding. The role exists so that portal hygiene, funding submissions, and evidence collection happen reliably and on schedule, rather than being absorbed ad hoc by the Operations Manager or alliance leads.

Core Responsibilities

1. Partner Portal Execution
• Execute day-to-day work in Microsoft Partner Center: PAL / CPOR / GDAP associations, co-sell solution and deal registration, and ongoing account hygiene.
• Maintain registrations, profiles, and account data across Databricks, Snowflake, Esri, and other partner portals as the ecosystem grows.
• Flag portal or account issues to the Operations Manager promptly, with enough context to resolve them quickly.
2. Funding Claims Processing
• Prepare, submit,



and track funding claims (ECIF / AFO / MDF) from initiation through to payment.
• Maintain accurate, complete records for every submission, including supporting evidence and correspondence.
• Follow up on claims in flight and escalate stalled submissions to keep funding moving.
3. Specialization & Evidence Management
• Collect, organize, and file specialization and certification evidence ahead of audits and renewals.
• Keep evidence libraries current as requirements or supporting materials change.
• Support the Operations Manager during audits with readily available, well-organized documentation.
4. Deadline Tracking & Documentation
• Track renewal, submission, and certification deadlines, and flag upcoming items to the Operations Manager with adequate lead time.
• Maintain clean, auditable documentation for every submission, registration, and claim.
