About Role:
The Business & Sales Growth Specialist is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, engaging with healthcare professionals, and successfully closing sales.
The role requires extensive customer follow-up, field visits,



clinical discussions, and coordination with hospital stakeholders, including surgeons, doctors, physiotherapists, procurement, and biomedical departments, to ensure timely conversion of opportunities into business.
Key Responsibilities:
· Generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, cold calling, networking, and customer engagement.
· Drive business growth and revenue by achieving assigned sales targets through effective lead generation, strategic customer engagement, continuous follow-ups, commercial negotiations, successful sales closures, and expansion of the customer base.
· Meet surgeons, doctors, physiotherapists, hospital administrators, and other healthcare professionals to present and promote the company's products and solutions.
· Conduct product demonstrations, clinical presentations, workshops, and hands-on sessions for customers.
