Introduction About Role –
We’re looking for a talented Motion Designer with experience in creating high-quality animated ads and video content for performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be proficient in designing and animating visuals that engage users and drive conversions across multiple platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and more.

Here are the key responsibilities in a nutshell:
Create engaging motion graphics,



and video ads for ecommerce brands for performance marketing.
Must understand the creative process and flows that make videos thumb-stopping and click worthy.
You must have great experience of producing motion graphic performance/social media creatives.
Collaborate with the Strategist, Account Manager and Media Buyers to develop video content that aligns with the client’s brand identity and campaign goals.
Ensure all videos are optimized for multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, etc.)
Innovate and experiment with current video formats, animations, and design trends to improve campaign performance.
Edit and refine video content, including adding effects, transitions, and voiceovers as required.
Manage timelines for video production and ensure timely delivery of all video content.
Add motion graphics & animated elements to the footage & videos.
Translate storyboards and scripts into engaging visual narratives that align with brand
