About the Role
This is not a traditional Executive Assistant or HR role.
You will work directly with the Founder on hiring, business development, strategic research, AI-powered workflows, project coordination, and day-to-day execution.
Your mission is simple:
Help the Founder stay focused on high-impact decisions while ensuring important work gets done efficiently.
No two days will be the same.
Key ResponsibilitiesFounder Support
Manage the Founder’s priorities, meetings,



and action items.
Track ongoing projects and ensure timely execution.
Follow up with internal teams and external partners.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting summaries.
Talent Acquisition
Source candidates through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
Coordinate interviews and candidate communication.
Build talent pipelines for strategic hiring.
Improve the company’s employer branding.
Business Development
Research international fashion brands and potential clients.
Identify key decision-makers using LinkedIn and AI tools.
Prepare outreach lists and draft personalized emails.
Maintain lead databases and follow-up schedules.
Research & AI
Use ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and other AI tools for business research and productivity.
Conduct market, competitor, and customer research.
Present insights in a structured and actionable format.
