About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The role is exclusively focused on recruitment and requires candidates with prior experience in sales hiring. The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving defined hiring targets while ensuring timely closure of open positions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales and business development roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Ensure closure of positions within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets.
Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in Talent Acquisition.
Mandatory: Hands-on experience in sales recruitment.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with recruitment portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Ability to work in a target-driven and rapid-paced environment.
