Role Description The Human Resources Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for the organization.



The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards, and provide guidance to leadership on workforce planning and talent development. Daily activities include managing employee relations, handling grievance resolution, coordinating training and development initiatives, maintaining HR documentation and HRIS data accuracy, and supporting organizational culture and change management. The role requires close collaboration with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals and to foster an inclusive, respectful, and high-performing work environment.
