Role Description The Inside Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in West Delhi. This role is responsible for overseeing daily inside sales operations, including managing inbound and outbound calls, nurturing leads, and converting opportunities into orders. The Inside Sales Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, coordinate with operations and service teams,



and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and quotations. The position includes monitoring sales performance, preparing reports, supporting sales strategies, and driving customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution. The role also involves coaching and guiding the inside sales team to achieve sales targets and improve processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with experience in meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Account Management skills to identify prospects, develop pipelines, and manage ongoing customer relationships.
