About The Role

Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Microsoft Copilot Studio agents that automate business workflows, including conversational Q&A;, document-grounded knowledge retrieval, and process automation integrated with Microsoft 365 services.

Job Title: Copilot Studio Agent Developer / AI Agent Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Design and build Copilot Studio agents end-to-end, including topics, conversation flows, and prompt/action nodes
Configure knowledge sources (SharePoint, OneDrive, uploaded documents) for grounded, retrieval-based Q&A;
Develop Power Automate flows to extend agent capability beyond native Copi
