We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise ServiceNow solutions that improve IT service management and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, platform customization, workflow automation, and ITSM module implementation, along with a solid understanding of ITIL best practices.
In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions while ensuring platform stability, maintainability, and adherence to development standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and maintain applications on the ServiceNow Platform.
Implement and customize ITSM modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).




Develop and configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Workflows, Flow Designer, and other ServiceNow components.
Configure and maintain CMDB, ensuring accurate configuration item (CI) management and data integrity.
Develop custom applications, integrations, and automation workflows to support business requirements.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Collaborate with business users, architects, and cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, development, testing, and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation, development standards, and implementation guides.
