Designation: Assistant Manager - Sales

Position Description:
We are seeking a sales qualified, with Ad-tech experience as a desirable bonus. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while managing and nurturing client relationships. The individual will work closely with senior team members for deal closures and account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, prospect, and develop current business opportunities across India.
• Build, maintain, and regularly update a robust sales pipeline with consistent followups.
• Conduct detailed market research to identify prospective clients by tracking funding rounds, emerging brands, online traffic trends, and competitive landscape.
• Prospect and connect with potential B2C clients through LinkedIn, cold calls, emails,and other outreach channels.
• Execute daily outreach activities including online and in-person meetings to generate and nurture leads.
• Engage with Growth and User Acquisition stakeholders to pitch and position relevant solutions.
• Present and explain company offerings, including inventories, supply, and services, through effective decks and discussions.
• Prepare, customize, and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and platform demos.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions aligned with their business objectives.
• Arrange meetings, follow through on leads, and support deal closures in collaboration with senior team members.
• Take ownership of assigned revenue targets and drive consistent business growth.
• Extract, analyze, and utilize data (including from MMPs where required) to support decision-making and client discussions.
• Use Excel and basic formulas for data analysis, reporting, and pipeline tracking.
Required Skills:
• 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in Ad-tech or digital advertising.
• Strong understanding of online advertising and performance marketing is a plus.
