Job Overview
As a Business Analyst at CloudLex, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, analyze business processes, and work closely with the development team to enhance our legal tech solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a keen understanding of software development and the legal industry.

Key Requirements (Mandatory)
Experience: 3–5 years
Academic Criteria: Minimum 75% throughout academics
Industry Background: Mandatory SaaS background





Key Responsibilities
● Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders, including law firms, internal teams, and clients.
● Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for the development team.
● Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are well understood and implemented effectively.
● Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance system efficiency.
● Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and interviews to collect feedback and validate requirements.
● Assist in the design and implementation of new features, ensuring they align with business goals and user needs.
● Support the development of user stories, use cases, and wireframes to communicate requirements effectively.
● Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and best practices
