Hiring: Business Development Executive (Digital Marketing)

The Savage Humans is looking for a driven Business Development Executive who understands digital marketing and knows how to close deals with confidence. This role is for someone who enjoys client conversations, understands agency services, and can own the full sales cycle end to end.

What You’ll Do
- Generate leads via Instagram, LinkedIn, cold calls, emails, and networking
- Pitch digital marketing services including PPC, content creation, social media marketing, and PR & communication
- ⁠Conduct client meetings and recommend tailored digital solutions
- ⁠Create proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals independently
- ⁠Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- ⁠Manage CRM and track the complete sales pipeline
- ⁠Build long-term,

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing sales or agency-side business development
- ⁠Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue
- ⁠Solid communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
- ⁠Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- ⁠Solid understanding of digital marketing services and industry trends
- ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
