Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive with 3–4 years of experience who will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and maintaining a structured communication system between employees and management.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a positive workplace culture while ensuring discipline, efficiency, and smooth HR processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments including CAD designers, rendering artists, graphic designers, marketing, customer care, and accounts.




Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Shortlist qualified candidates for final interviews with management.
Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups.
Manage the onboarding process for new employees.

2. Employee Relations & Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact between employees and management.
Handle employee concerns regarding salary, policies, workplace issues, or other matters.
Maintain a professional communication structure so employees follow proper HR channels.
Ensure a positive and respectful workplace environment.
Address conflicts or disputes between employees.

3. HR Operations & Administration:
Prepare and manage employee contracts and HR documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Manage attendance, leaves, and HR policies.
