We're looking for a Technical Lead who brings deep expertise in C/C++ development, robust design acumen, and the ability to lead teams in delivering robust, scalable, and business-critical solutions.
What You'll Do
Lead a team of engineers and drive technical excellence across the development lifecycle
Design, develop, and enhance complex enterprise applications using C/C++
Own technical design decisions, architecture reviews, and solution discussions
Champion engineering best practices, code quality, and performance optimization
Collaborate with architects, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions
Mentor team members and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Troubleshoot and solve complex technical challenges in large-scale systems




What We're Looking For
Strong hands-on experience in C/C++ development
Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns
Experience in Software Design, Architecture, and Technical Reviews
Good knowledge of Database technologies
Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux environments
Proven ability to lead and mentor small engineering teams
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and debugging skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
