What you will own:
Schematic capture and multilayer layout (Altium preferred; OrCAD or KiCad fine)
Mixed-signal boards: sensor front ends, battery and power electronics, high-speed digital (MIPI/LVDS, USB, Ethernet)
Design for EMI/EMC (MIL-STD-461) and marine conditions: conformal coating, potting, corrosion protection
Stack-up design, signal and power integrity, DFM with fab and assembly houses
BoM ownership and component obsolescence management
Board bring-up and fine-pitch rework with the firmware team
You have:
4+ years with boards of your own design in production
A portfolio of layouts you can walk us through, decision by decision
Bonus: ruggedized or defence electronics, RF layout, thermal design
