We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Operations Quality Intern to support our operations team by reviewing the quality of work execution, ensuring processes are followed consistently, and identifying opportunities for improvement. This role focuses on operational excellence rather than technical testing, making it ideal for someone who enjoys reviewing work, maintaining standards, and improving business processes.

? Core Responsibilities
Review the quality of execution across assigned operational tasks
Understand task requirements and evaluate completed work against expected standards
Prepare simple quality reports and operational insights
Review task updates in Monday.com for clarity and completeness
Verify adherence to defined processes, strategies, and SOPs
Identify execution gaps and report improvement opportunities
Follow up on incomplete or missing task updates
Maintain quality checklists for recurring operational activities
