The event features innovative product companies as sponsors, creating a focused platform for design-led business engagement. Over three days, Dialogues India offers talks, product design initiatives under “Spade – Signature Designs,” and one-on-one business meetings between designers and sponsoring product company leaders. The brand has successfully delivered 18 editions in India & 1 edition in UAE, building a solid reputation in the design and architecture community.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Achieve ambitious individual and team sales targets, with complete ownership of revenue generation.
Strong and proven sales experience with the ability to consistently deliver high-value business.




Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and confidently engage with Directors, Founders and CXO-level professionals.
Demonstrated ability to achieve high sales targets and drive business growth.
Lead, manage, mentor and motivate the sales team to maximise performance.
Independently run the sales department with minimal management intervention.
Develop sales strategies, monitor performance and ensure effective execution across the team.
Highly organised, disciplined and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
Positive, energetic and self-motivated personality with a proactive, go-getter attitude.
Excellent verbal and written English communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Strong experience in team management and leading high-performing sales teams.
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and preparing professional presentations, reports and proposals.
