Since its founding in 2018, Project Mumbai has impacted over one crore lives through more than 100 initiatives delivered with over 200 partners, and is now prioritizing inclusion for differently abled and neurodiverse communities.

Role

Project Mumbai is seeking a proactive fellow to support the planning and execution of civic engagement and sustainability projects in collaboration with government bodies, schools, corporates, NGOs, and communities. This field-based role involves project management, stakeholder coordination,



government liaison, reporting, and partnership management, while providing mentorship from senior leadership and hands-on experience in driving community impact.

Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating with government departments, municipal bodies, and public institutions
Support scheduling and follow-ups for meetings and engagements with officials and partner representatives
Help prepare presentations, concept notes, briefs, and updates for government and institutional stakeholders
Support day-to-day coordination of projects across education, sustainability, civic engagement, and community participation
Assist in planning and scheduling activities across partner institutions and communities, tracking milestones and deliverables
Support coordination across government, schools, NGOs, CSR partners, institutions, and community stakeholders
Assist in onboarding and engagement of implementation and ecosystem
