This role focuses on business development, client relationship management, and promoting engineering consultancy services across India.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the MEP consulting sector.
Generate leads through networking, market research, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events.
Build robust relationships with builders, architects, developers, contractors, PMC consultants,



and facility management companies.
Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and company presentations.
Coordinate with engineering and design teams to understand project requirements before client meetings.
Maintain and manage CRM pipelines, customer databases, and follow-up activities.
Negotiate contracts and successfully close business deals.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the construction and real estate sectors.
Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.
Support marketing initiatives by assisting with brochures, portfolio presentations, and digital marketing materials.
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in B2B Sales or Marketing.
