Role Description The Telesales Executive will handle outbound and inbound calls to promote loan products, understand customer requirements, and provide clear information on suitable financial solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, explaining product features and eligibility criteria, and guiding customers through the application process.
The role involves maintaining call records, following up with prospective customers, and meeting sales and conversion targets while adhering to compliance and service standards. The Telesales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications and a positive customer experience. This is a full-time, in office role based in Dwarka.
