This is an opportunity to become the creative force behind our marketing output. You will lead a talented team of writers and designers, transforming ideas, insights, and AI-assisted workflows into original, persuasive, conversion-focused marketing that drives real business results.
You will bring the strategic thinking of a marketer, the instincts of a creative director, and the editorial eye needed to raise the quality bar across everything we produce.
Your Mission:
Own the creative vision, quality standards, and marketing effectiveness of content, design, and campaign deliverables across Wisevu, Homevu.com, and CharityMarketing.com
Lead the creative direction for websites, landing pages, paid advertising, social media, and other digital marketing assets
Guide writers and designers to create original,
audience-focused, conversion-driven marketing
Strengthen messaging, offers, headlines, campaign concepts, and brand positioning to maximize marketing impact
Build creative standards and review processes that improve quality, consistency, and team performance
Mentor the creative team and champion the effective use of AI to enhance—not replace—human expertise
Collaborate with SEO, Paid Media, Strategy, and Project Management teams to achieve measurable business results
Requirements
What Makes You a Excellent Fit:
You have C1-level (Advanced) English proficiency
You hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Media Studies, Brand Management, Journalism, or a related field
Experience working in digital marketing, advertising, or SEO agencies;
5+ years of experience in creative direction, branding, content, or digital marketing, supported by a strong por
