We are looking for a Business Excellence Lead – RMG to join our team in Pune.

About the Role
The role will lead RMG outcomes end-to-end, with a strong focus on workforce planning, predictive fulfilment, utilization, analytics, process excellence, and automation.
You will be responsible for:

Owning workforce planning and predictive fulfilment models.
Driving fulfilment rates, timelines, and utilization across the organization.
Partnering with internal and external stakeholders on fulfilment operations.
Enhancing processes, tools, analytics, and reporting maturity.
Mentoring senior team members and strengthening the overall RMG function.
Driving scalable solutions through automation, data, and analytics.

What We're Looking For
6–8 years of relevant experience in Resource Management / Workforce Management / related functions.




Strong ownership of function-level outcomes, metrics, and SLAs.
Excellent analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience in mentoring and developing teams.
Experience in IT Services, preferably in organizations with 300–2,000+ associates.
Exposure to automation, data engineering, BI, or advanced analytics would be an advantage.
