Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Assist in end-to-end recruitment for creative, strategy, client servicing, and support functions
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring channels
Coordinate interviews, schedule meetings, and manage candidate communication
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure a seamless hiring process

Employee Engagement & HR Support
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, events, and wellness initiatives
Assist with onboarding and induction programs for new hire
Help foster a positive, team-oriented, and inclusive work environment




Address employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support

HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy
Assist in attendance management, leave records, payroll inputs, and HRMS updates
Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with company processes
Coordinate employee letters, documentation, and other HR administrative tasks

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment (freshers with relevant internships are encouraged to apply)
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR operations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRMS tools is an added advantage
