Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager with a strong background in IT Services Sales and IT Staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating current business opportunities, managing client relationships, driving end-to-end sales cycles, and selling software development services including Web, Mobile, AI/ML, Big Data, and IT Staffing solutions. The candidate should be capable of working with Direct Clients, MSPs, and Vendor Partners across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth for IT Services and IT Staffing (Permanent, Contract, and C2H hiring).
Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, Upwork, networking, and referrals.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.




Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with recruitment and delivery teams for timely resource deployment.
Prepare proposals, estimations, RFPs, RFQs, SOWs, and commercial agreements.
Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and video pitches.
Build and maintain relationships with Direct Clients, MSPs, System Integrators, and Vendor Partners.
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and pricing with clients.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
Attend business meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and technology conferences to generate new business.
Track sales pipeline, prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports, and achieve revenue targets.
Maintain CRM and sales activity reports with accurate forecasting.
