The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Hardware Product Manager who can transform ideas into market-ready products. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, product thinking, and leadership to drive the complete hardware product lifecycle—from concept and architecture to prototype development, testing, manufacturing, and commercialisation.

What You'll Own
Product Leadership
● Own the complete hardware product lifecycle—from ideation, feasibility, design, prototyping, validation, manufacturing, and product launch.




● Translate business requirements into technical product specifications.
● Drive product strategy, feature prioritisation, and execution roadmap.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery.

Technical Management
● Lead the design and development of embedded electronics products.
● Review hardware architecture, PCB designs, firmware integration, and system performance.
● Ensure product quality through design reviews, testing protocols, and validation processes.
● Coordinate prototype iterations and engineering change management.
● Work closely with manufacturing vendors for DFM, DFT, and production readiness.

Team Leadership
● Lead and mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams.
● Conduct technical reviews, sprint planning, and engineering discussions.
