Role Description The Field Staff role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolar. This role involves working directly with farmers and local stakeholders to onboard them onto the Bhoomee platform, explain available services, and support them in using digital tools effectively. Daily tasks include visiting field locations, gathering and recording farmer data, providing basic training and guidance, and helping resolve issues or questions related to the platform. The Field Staff will also collect feedback from users,



share insights with the internal team, and support community outreach activities to increase awareness and engagement.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with farmers and local partners.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to understand field data, identify patterns, and report meaningful insights.
Candidates should possess Troubleshooting capabilities to support users with basic technical or process-related issues in the field.
Candidates should possess Training skills to guide farmers and other stakeholders in using the digital platform and related services.
Ability to work on-site in Kolar, travel within nearby regions, and engage with rural communities comfortably.
Basic familiarity with smartphones, digital apps, and data entry; willingness to learn new tools and processes.
