Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Mangaluru. The Sales Manager will oversee the end-to-end sales process for ongoing real estate projects, including prospecting, lead qualification, client meetings, site visits, and deal closure. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring a sales team, setting and tracking sales targets, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline through regular follow-ups and relationship-building with potential and existing clients.



The role involves coordinating with project, marketing, and finance teams to ensure accurate information, timely documentation, and smooth handover from booking to possession. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, prepare sales reports, participate in promotional events, and contribute to strategies that enhance brand visibility and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closing in real estate or a related industry.
Customer relationship management abilities, with experience in handling client queries, conducting site visits, and providing clear, professional communication.
