Embark on a transformative journey as part of BA-PM, where you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the resilience, scalability, and reliability of critical payment systems within the Merchant Services domain. You will be a key contributor championing quality and performance for systems that power merchant transactions, focusing on driving improvements in system stability, throughput, efficiency, and control.

Working closely with Engineering teams and stakeholders across Finance Data Transformation team, you will help Engineering team deliver high-performing solutions through agile delivery models.

To be successful as a BA-PM, you should have experience with:

Project Manager experience – making and explaining the plans based on the project priorities.
Experience across the full project lifecycle (from inception to closure) with strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Experience in translating business and operational needs into succinct requirements, and associated analysis and design articulation methods.




Ability to use effective questioning techniques to identify, analyse and address underlying business needs.
Good understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
Experience with delivery workflow and articulation tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Robust MS Office skills, including advanced Excel (formulas, VLOOKUPs, macros), Word and PowerPoint.

Some Other Highly Valued Skills Include

Formal training in business analysis and management changes.
Understanding data integration concepts, including APIs and data transfer mechanisms.
Familiarity with cloud-based applications and platforms.
Experience within the financial services industry.
