The Senior Business Systems Analyst serves as a critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role is responsible for translating business needs into detailed, testable technical requirements for both user interface (UI) and API development work.

In addition to core business analysis responsibilities, this position performs hands-on quality assurance activities, including test case creation, execution,



defect documentation, and validation of system functionality. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, excels at clarifying ambiguity, and ensures that delivered solutions align precisely with documented requirements.

This role operates in a collaborative Agile environment and partners closely with product owners, developers, and QA to ensure successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

What You Will Do

Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
Translate business needs into clear, structured user stories with detailed acceptance criteria
Create clear and succinct technical requirements for:
User Interface (UI) components, workflows, validations, and user interactions
API functionality, including request/response structures, data mappings, business rules, and integration requirements
