Your role
As an Associate Director, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for Cost Basis operations while championing innovation, process efficiency, and data-driven decision making. You will partner with Operations, Technology, Data, Risk, and Tax stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and leverage Artificial Intelligence to improve productivity, controls, and client outcomes. You will be expected to balance operational leadership with strategic thinking, helping shape the future-state operating model through technology modernization and AI adoption.
You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, enhancing client experience, and accelerating the adoption of technology, automation, and AI-enabled solutions across Cost Basis processes. You are expected to work U.S. market hours to support business and stakeholder requirements.
Lead and develop a team of operations professionals responsible for Cost Basis servicing, reconciliations, exception management, and tax reporting support.
Drive operational excellence through process simplification,
automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner with global stakeholders to identify and implement scalable solutions that improve accuracy, control, and efficiency.
Leverage AI, analytics, and automation tools to optimize workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance decision-making capabilities.
Act as a change champion, fostering innovation and promoting adoption of emerging technologies across the team.
Collaborate with Technology and Data teams to define requirements and support delivery of business transformation initiatives.
Utilize data analytics and reporting to identify trends, operational risks, and process improvement opportunities.
Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and risk management requirements.
Develop and mentor team members while cultivating a high-performance and client-focused culture.
