Role Description The Senior Occupational Therapist will provide comprehensive assessment and therapy services for children, focusing on sensory processing, fine and gross motor skills, daily living skills, and school readiness. This full time,



on-site role based in Anekal includes developing individualized treatment plans, implementing evidence-based interventions, and regularly monitoring and documenting progress. The professional will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in case discussions, and coordinate care across therapy domains. Responsibilities also include coaching parents and caregivers, conducting home- and school-based recommendations, and contributing to program development and quality improvement initiatives. The Senior Occupational Therapist may mentor junior therapists and interns, ensuring high standards of clinical practice and child-centered care.
Qualifications
Masters in Occupation Therapy
Experience 2 years and above
Strong skills and formal training in Occupational Therapy, including pediatric evaluation and intervention.
Foundational knowledge in Medicine related to child development,
