Key Responsibilities
Ideate, conceptualize, visualize, write, produce, direct, and edit unique on-air promos for all content across the Malayalam Business network
Ensure promos deliver fresh creative perspectives and consistently stay ahead of the competition
Infuse local flavor and Malayalam cultural sensibilities into campaigns to ensure relevance and audience connect
Maintain high creative and production standards, aligning with the channel’s philosophy, and delivering campaigns on time and within budget
Collaborate with content teams to develop impactful briefs and campaign ideas that maximize engagement
Strategize and generate creative promo concepts to keep audiences excited and anticipating episodes
Define and execute the channel’s visual identity through packaging and graphical elements
Partner with Marketing and Strategy teams to deliver region-specific campaigns tailored for local audiences
Produce showreels, AVs, and flash presentations as needed for internal and external stakeholders
Foster creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the team,



providing leadership and mentorship to the OAP and Graphics functions

Strong creative vision with the ability to craft compelling narratives through promos and packaging
Deep understanding of Malayalam culture, audience sensibilities, and regional entertainment preferences
Expertise in promo ideation, direction, and editing, with strong visual and storytelling instincts
Proven ability to lead creative teams, inspire innovation, and mentor talent
Solid collaboration skills to work seamlessly with content, marketing, and strategy functions
Ability to deliver high-quality creative output under tight timelines and budgets
Agility to adapt to changing trends and competition dynamics, while driving differentiation
Preferred Education & Experience
