We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Senior Lead Generation Expert / Assistant Business Development Manager to strengthen our global business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting high-quality prospects across the USA, UK, and Australia.
This role is perfect for someone who understands modern B2B lead generation, enjoys building meaningful client relationships, and can consistently contribute to the company’s revenue pipeline.
Key Responsibility Area
Primary KRA: International Lead Generation
Generate qualified B2B leads from the USA, UK, and Australia.
Research and identify potential clients using LinkedIn, email campaigns, databases, CRM platforms, and other lead-generation tools.
Build and maintain a strong prospect database across relevant industries and decision-maker profiles.
Execute targeted outbound campaigns through LinkedIn, cold email, calling, and other relevant channels.
Qualify prospects based on their business needs, budget, authority,



and purchase intent.
Schedule qualified meetings and product/service discussions for the business development team.
Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up schedules, and activity updates in the CRM.
Nurture prospects through consistent and qualified follow-ups.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Key Performance Indicators
Number of qualified leads generated monthly.
Number of meetings or appointments scheduled.
Lead-to-meeting conversion rate.
Response and engagement rates across campaigns.
Quality and accuracy of prospect data.
Contribution to the overall sales pipeline and revenue growth.
Candidate Profile
2–5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, appointment setting, or business development.
Experience targeting international markets, especially the USA, UK, and Australia.
